Born in Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands, Cree moved to London to train at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, graduating with First Class Honours in her BA. Whilst studying at Rambert School, she worked with Mark Baldwin and Hubert Essakow and, in her final year, performed a self-choreographed solo at Sadler’s Wells’ Lilian Baylis Studio.

After graduating, Cree worked as a freelance dance artist in the UK with choreographers such as; Renaud Wiser, Darshan Singh Bhuller, Aletta Collins and Ben Wright. With Mark Bruce Company, she toured Made In Heaven (2012) and Dracula (2013) and also taught classes and workshops for both non-professional adults and young people on behalf of the company. She was a regular guest teacher at Rambert School throughout 2014, whilst recovering from a knee injury, teaching contemporary technique and repertory workshops. In addition to this, Cree became a guest artist with London-based New Movement Collective, having appeared in their architectural dance work, Casting Traces, in 2014.

At the beginning of 2015, she worked with Hubert Essakow on ‘Adieu’ for 1898: Contemporary Dance Festival at The Print Room, Notting Hill, London. In March 2015, Cree joined Staatstheater Kassel in Germany as a guest and continues to dance there under the directorship of Johannes Wieland.
