Sian trained and qualified in London as a Chartered Accountant in the Government & Public Sector department of professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Here she worked with a variety of not-for-profit organisations, providing both external and internal audit services. Following qualification, Sian moved to the social care charity Jewish Care, setting up an internal audit department, developing the organisation’s risk management processes.
Sian left London and moved to Bristol in late 2013. She has since been working as a consultant auditor, continuing to advice on financial and non-financial risk and process in the not-for-profit sector.
Sian obtained both a BA (Hons) in History and an MA in Medieval Studies at University College London.
